3T RPD Ltd was established at Greenham Business Park in 1999, and is at the cutting edge of Rapid Prototyping technology, producing functional prototypes from 3D CAD data. Having originally occupied a single unit at The Enterprise Centre, they gradually took on more and more units over the following five years, until they eventually outgrew these facilities.
With significant growth within the company it became necessary to expand its operation and in September 2006 they moved to a new, purpose-built 12,000 sq ft (1,114 sq m) property at Greenham Business Park. This enabled them to enter into new markets, and it became necessary to take on a further 3,000 sq ft (278 sq m) in May 2007. They now occupy a total of 15,000 sq ft (1,393 sq m) at the business park.

Ian Halliday, Chief Executive of 3T RPD said: “The ability to expand into a modern property designed to meet our specific requirements at Greenham Business Park has enabled us to grow our business without the risk of losing key staff or the need for a major relocation. Since the Trust built our purpose-built facility in 2006 (we spent £500,000 on fitting it out), its flexibility and support has been just what we needed to expand our production and extend and develop our services.
